Chocolate Snowballs

  • 1 1/4 cup margarine
  • 1/2 cup cocoa
  • 2/3 cups sugar
  • 2 chopped pecans
  • 1/8 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
Cream margarine with sugar. Add vanilla. Blend in flour, salt, and cocoa. Stir in nuts and chocolate chips. Refrigerate for one hour. Shape into balls. Bake 350 degrees 15 to 20 minutes. When cool roll in icing sugar. ENJOY!
