Slow Cooker Hot Chocolate

  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 6 cups whole milk
  • Mini marshmallows, for garnish
  1. Combine all ingredients except marshmallows in a slow cooker and stir to combine.
  2. Cook, covered, until everything is melted, stirring occasionally, 2 hours on LOW.
  3. Ten minutes before serving, add marshmallows and let them melt a bit.
  4. Garnish with more mini marshmallows, if desired.
